We strive to deliver your purchase with excellent service, every time. We offer unlimited furniture delivery on applicable products for each order delivery to one address. Your furniture and select non-furniture items will be delivered by experienced and dedicated delivery professionals. The cost of service will depend on the order value, location & accessibility. The delivery price will be included on your final balance invoice.

Delivery dates will be scheduled in at the earliest possible slot upon receipt of the balance invoice being paid. The balance payment should be cleared at least seven days before delivery is required.

The client or a representative of the client must be present to oversee delivery and installation of furniture and sign appropriate documentation. Once delivery and installation has been completed and furniture has been signed for to confirm that it has been received in good condition, any damage to furniture will no longer be liable to House of Sahara.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all furniture items will fit through any access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators and around corners into the desired location.

Once you are notified that items are ready for delivery, we ask that you take receipt of them within 30 days. At the time of scheduling, please notify House of Sahara of any special requirements necessary to ensure a successful delivery. This includes, but is not limited to, the need for small trucks to navigate narrow roads and driveways, restricted delivery time frames due to local ordinances, gated entry access, multiple flights of stairs and service elevator reservations.

Most furniture items and select non-furniture items that qualify for unlimited furniture delivery include delivery inside your home, where experienced delivery service professionals will carefully unpack and inspect each item, assemble it and place it in your room of choice. For your convenience, all packing materials will be removed. We ask that you closely inspect your item(s) before our delivery professionals leave your home.

Our delivery professionals are not permitted to move furniture currently in your home, nor are they allowed to move or set up electrical equipment. To facilitate delivery, please clear the space where furniture or rugs will be placed prior to delivery.

An authorized individual must be home during your scheduled delivery window to accept and inspect your items and sign the delivery receipt.

In the event of any imperfection noted at the time of delivery, House of Sahara will replace the item or schedule a furniture medic or service technician to repair the issue at no charge to you.
